My error, last note tells of a part not printed on plate. The instructions state 3 plates enclosed, there are actually 4, the forth is a very small plate with only one part (the one I thought was missing). Thanks for the picture of the missing part, I found it when I realized what to look for. The email address on web site is good and I did get a response via that email.

The medal plate was not printed with a part (#1), just an arrow pointing to an empty space. Can't build the kit without all the parts. Don't seem to be able to get in contact with company to correct this problem
